had a question regarding the Automatic Revalidation rule for travel to contiguous territory (Mexico and Canada). (22 CFR 4 1.1 12 and 8 CFR 214.1 automatic revalidation)
My wife has her approved H4 visa (I-797), but her passport is not stamped. We were thinking of going to Mexico for vacation, but were not sure if her unstamped passport would be a hindrance. I read somewhere about this Automatic Revalidation rule, so was just wondering if a 4-5 day trip would be possible without having her passport stamped. My passport is stamped with my current 3 year H-1B visa.
