Hello Gurus,
I used Substitution labor from my employer two years back to apply I140 and 485 together. My I140 approved 9 months back. I485 is still pending. What is the possibility of using AC21? I talked to INS recently to start inquiry about my case. Applied to get approved 140 paper work and copies of original labor using FOIA. How long it takes to get paper work from local INS office??
