Use of AC-21 twice possible?

I am on 485 pending for 2 yrs, EAD last 2 years, 140 approved. I was on annual salary.

I used AC-21 to switch to a different consulting company, on Hourly W2, 5 months ago.

I did not (have not yet) inform BCIS about AC-21.

This contract is coming to an end and they may not be able to place me.

1) Now, can I switch to a third company on Hourly/salary on W2 (using AC-21)? Any experiences? Any rule against this?

2) When I use AC-21, do I need to do any paperwork at all? (I did not do anything for my first switch).

3) I guess if I do 1), then telling BCIS about my AC-21 is ruled out (too risky?). Right?

Please please let me know at the earliest.

thanks

I just noticed that there are several threads asking the same question, but no clear answers.

Is there any rule for or against using AC-21 multiple times?

Any real life experiences?

w.r.t informing BCIS, maybe it is better not to inform especially if we end up using AC-21 multiple times?

There is no confusion with that. You can change job n number of times. Informing USCIS is upto you.

Will you be chaging in the same city? What are the implications if your file is in a Local office in City A and you move to City B?
Especially with the EB3 dates hopeless lot of ppl want to explore that possibility.
Also any comments on Salary increases?

Either you can request to transfer the file to new place of residence Or you can attend the interview at original location. Since doing transfer takes extra time and risk of loosing papers many people prefer going to first location for interview.
