Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I finished my residency on H1 B visa recently and started working as internist. My current employer has filed for LC. I have couple of questions:
1. Once I get my I 140 approved, how soon I can apply for 3 year extension?
2. If I get 3 year extension, can I leave current job and use that 3 year extension to do fellowship?
I am hoping for some good comments from attorney and immigration gurus.
