I have both master and PhD degree. The job ads requires master degree. When filling perm application form, on Section J, 11, highest level achieved relevant to the requested occupation, the lawer said I should put master degree, not PhD degree. Is it true? Should I put my PhD degree instead? If I put master degree here, should I do some notarization on my master degree and transcript, since it was obtained in another country? Thank you for the help.
