Use Only Internet Explorer for OCI Applications

FYI. For completing Part A of the application for OCI or if you want reprint Part A of the application use Internet Explorer, when I tried to use Mozilla Firefox, it does not work and the form state/data seems to get discarded between page hops.

Just bumping so newcomers are aware of it .. i myself did not know this and it is years since i used IE.. what version is IE now, 5 or something ? just kidding
