My labor has been filed from Atlanta,GA and is approved recently. And hence I am ready to apply for I-140 and to be applied in Texas service center.
My company has branches across US.
my company head office in California.
my compnay has a major branch office in Chicago.
Right now I am working in Virginia for a client.
Question -1: Can I file my I-140 and I-485 from Nebraska OR Vermont service center because of my company has branches?
Question-2 : Applying from Nebraska is any good from applying from Texas? Because I here lot of noice on I-140 forum of Texas service center. Dates moved only 7 days forward in last 90 days.
