My L1B will expire Aug 15th, 2008 because my US employer ends my employment. I do have a H1B that starts although Oct 1st, 2008.
I was told I can stay in the US by transferring my L1B to a B1.
And furthermore transfer the B1 to the H1B.
Is this indeed possible?
