USCIS Website Status Listed as "Interview Was Scheduled"

It's been exactly 2 weeks since my wife interviewed at Orlando, FL. The officer checked the "A decision cannot be made" box due to physical presence not being satisfied. The officer urged us to apply again immediately since the physical presence is no longer an issue. Unfortunately the website will not allow a new application until USCIS makes a decision.

Does anyone have a similar experience and how long did you have to wait after the interview for USCIS to decide?
