USCIS uses 911 database for address

Recently I notified USCIS of my new address. Then came a confirmation letter from them but the address on the letter shows wrong city name under the same zip code. I called USCIS and told him the problem. He says under the zipcode, they see a different city and told me that they use 911 (not Sept 11th) database.

Why can't they just use the united states postal service database? USPS should have the upto the minute zipcode and city names. This is how USCIS works. No wonder people go through so much mental stress from the time LC was filed to the passport stamping.

I wrote another letter again and send it by overnight express. Hope they fix it this time.
