USCIS still has expired I-485 form on website

Hi Everyone:

The I-485 form on the USCIS website expired on 9/30/08. I was wondering if you think they will accept this version? Should I wait until a new form is out or just fill out this version?

Please advise.

I filed the form I-765 that has the expiration date 8/30/08 and it was accepted. I put a BIG note in front of that form that said "Please do not reject this form for the expiration reason as it is the most current one from the USCIS website". It worked for me.

I don't think you should wait for the most updated form. According to their policies, they'll be accepting expired forms for 30 days after the expiration day.

I had the same problem with I 765 form, i filled anyway, they rejected, i suggest you wait untill update...
