USCIS stats for June 2004 released

Well this does paint a rosy picture for backlog reduction, but we know the reality is anything but..

Now USCIS can show this and say look we are reducing backlog so fast, and the higher ups will be happy. :( That is why I hate statistics (due appologies to statisticians!!) , they can be manipulated to show a different face...
