USCIS service ticket reponse for EB3 to EB2

Filed for 485 interfiling from EB3 to EB2 in Jan'10. My priority date is sept'04 and which is current now.

After waiting for 4 months, recently opened a service request with USCIS. I have received a letter from them with the below information. What does it mean, what do I need to do next.

Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time.

That is just the generic letter when you file a service request.
