USCIS - Sending Back Original Docs.

Hi Guys,

I know some recently mentioned that s/he received original documents back from the CIS. I had to send them original documents, which I need back. So, does anyone know how long does it take them to send back the original documents?

A few weeks after getting approval.

Are you serious? I had to send them the only I-94 that I had. My case will, hopefully, get approved soon, so I will need that I-94 for the stamp. Otherwise, I will have to wait for a few extra weeks to get the stamp.

In INS's book, a few weeks are darn fast.

I totally agree with you. As long as I get approved, the stap will not make a difference, as my peremanent residence date will be my approval date. I hope that is the case!
