USCIS Revises Direct Mail Program for N400

All 4 service centers have been forwarding their N-400s application ever since December that is why people are seeing the initial delay in the processing window. I am just hoping that when the 22nd comes around they have everything sorted out. They tried working with the lockbox in mid 2008 but it got scraped because the lockboxes where not ready and it was placed on hold. but this time they are really going for it.
