My 140 NIW has been pending at TSC since Jan 12, 2007. My attorney filed a service request on Aug 28, 2007 and we got a letter saying that the case is delayed due to additonal review.
My attorney called them again and was told that their TSC officer last looked over your case again on September 27, 2007 and should provide some sort of update within 60 days (or November 27).
I don't see any LUD's. What does this response mean? If the case was looked at then why the additional delay? Anyone with similar experience?
