I contacted CIS ombudsman to address USCIS' lack of updated processing times over two months. Here is the response I received:
"The Ombudsman has approached USCIS concerning the lack of updated processing times. We were told that there was an error in the process used to compute processing time during the last 2 months. This has been corrected and processing times should be accurately updated with the next few days.

Let's hope we will see the change this week.
