Yes, but if you spread $55 increase over 3-year wait it's not that much. Honestly, I do not understand all the fuss over the fees. My feeling is - provide speedy service and ask as much money as you want in return. I'd pay $55, $550, and probably even $5,500 just to get the damn thing done.
