USCIS Online system (CRIS) login issues

I have been getting this error every time I tried to login:
It was reported to us that your computer or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. If you feel this has occurred incorrectly, please contact the Customer Service Center for assistance at 1.800.375.5283

I tried logging in from my phone, and a different computer - same error. Anyone else having this issue - or NOT having this issue?
 
yup...same here...and similarly its the case with 2 others i came across.

just a temporary glitch i suppose. It was working fine yesterday morning.

Realcool1 - today is the 4th day after interview still not showing any updates online status added to this this login issues.
Any updates from your end?

May be they are trying to sort out all of us with OCD that logs into the system every 10 mins, knowing the system is supposed to email us when there is a change.

hi Narayan but you got a soft LUD the next day.i believe it becos of the new card,they want to update old cases
