USCIS online status changes

Hello everybody!
I applied for i-589 few months ago. So my question is about USCIS online status and how they change it online.
I mean for example if letter from USCIS was lost and I miss biometric appointment because of that. So will I see this information ONLINE when I am checking status of my case. And the same question about interview scheduling like will I see ONLINE that my interview was scheduled?

My status has been changed too. I can't see the asylum clock any longer. My asylum timeline is as follows:

First applied: February 2015, Alington Asylum office, VA, Then did biometrics in March 2015.
Moved to Michigan in February 2019 and transferred my case to the Chicago Asylum office.
It has been pending since 2015. Never got any interviews yet!
