The report documents many of the issues Mr. Prakash Khatri has with USCIS and reflects a large number of problems members report here too - name check delays, file transfers, differences in processing times at Texas and CA etc. This pdf file will make an interesting reading over the long weekend

Thanks for the link. This report has convinced me that TSC is truly one of the worst if not the worst centers for processing. It was a little hard to read a lot of the report because I have faced almost all of the problems (wrong transfer, delay in EAD, AP, wrong online status messages, security check problems) that have been identified by this report. Maybe these things will change some day but I am not counting on it.
