Why USCIS works in secrecy regarding statistics of visas numbers ?
No one in this country has the authority to inquiry what's going on ?
Please share with me the address for the USCIS ombudsman. If I decide to vent, it doesn't hurt if I add him.
According to my attorney he said that he has many 245(i) cases still cooking at the DOL. If that is true for most cases, then it remains to see whether USCIS will let dates move forward from now until October.
If they don't move the dates forward and October 2006 comes, what is likely, that doesn't mean they would move dates forward upon new batch of 140K visas either because that would signal they are still following the rationale that 245i cases would demand visa numbers no matter what.
