I know there are lot of Gurus and anlysts here...but just my 2 cents....
I read some where that USCIS's 90% revenue is from Fee.If my guess is correct initially they wanted to make it current after July 30 from when New fee(almost 3 times) is implemeted.Tried their best but invain.
What ever happened it is beneficial to every one...
USCIS ill get lot of money(through initial filing and regular renewals of EAD and AP for several years)
would be immigrants will get EAD and lot freedom...
Lawyers would be too busy and they are much benifited...
Doctors too...
Any action which is beneficial to many always appreciable....
