I read that the USCIS has job categories and if you are switching jobs across the job categories you have to re-file your labor certification.
e.g. If I am a QA now and I want to switch to marketing, I apparently have to re-file my labor. Is that true? Can anybody point me to the guidelines about how these categories are defined and if there is a list of these job categories/titles, could you please point me to it?
