USCIS says, in their website, that as on July 16, they are they are currently processing cases with receipt dated 02 April.
a) But I find from our Forum, that several cases with receipt dated later than 02 April are also approved. How is this possible?
b) When I checked my case status online, I find that my case is PENDING, where as those cases, with receipt numbers, before and after me in this partial series are all either approved or RFE. Why is my case singled out and isolated?
c) The processing time of vermont center was 02 April, as on June 18 and it is the same (02 April) as on July 16. It means USCIS did NOT process any case during this period. So what was USCIS doing all this month NOTHING?
Hence USCIS is really making me go MAD and Please HELP me
