Was expecting the letter because the FOIA messed up and gave us some else's papers that had the same name, dob, flight info so we never questioned it...at our AOS review is when we found out it belong to someone else but the interviewer didn't know at the time that the FOIA had screwed up,not us.
FOIA is willing to correct it but the interviewer doesn't have our time even though the FOIA is part of USCIS. Things that make you go hmmm. Now we have to reopen and submit that form with $545 dollars, plus the FOIA again, and what we should have done orginally is file a I 102 to get an I-94 to prove legal entry which is another $300 something dollars.
I guess because we were denied, we lose everything including all the money we've put into fixing this. So depressed right now:(

I still don't believe it was the FOIA people who screwed up. I think the interviewer is the one who screwed up when he found "some guy from California" with your husband's name.

You still haven't checked the passport number with the FOIA people to see if it is close to his family's passport numbers.
