Hi Freinds,
Today when I called USCIS to check the status of my I-131,they told me that my RD date is Sept6th,2007
Actually my attorney mailed the documents to USCIS in first week of August ,2007 ,subsequenlty I got a receipt notice where in it is mentioned Aug10th RD date
How come USCIS entered wrong Receipt date in their system ?Is this USCIS error?
How can I correct this error to expedite my case as I have travel plans in few weeks?
Please post you suggestions
Shall I take Infopass ? will it help ? Because this is USCIS error,I think they should understand
