Uscis document about go back home country

Hi, I dont know if you knew it already but this document says that we can do it.
Only if we have a true reason and we are able to justify that trip, I'm wrong? or this document explain something diferent.

This is for people who still have asylee status. However, there is nothing written for people who got Permanent Resident through asylum. Isn't it?

well..i think it does not matter if you are GC holder or aslyee, if you wanna go home, you need a reason...this is what we have been discussing for years
