USCIS delivered my baby in exactly seven months. ;) Though I didn’t get a chance to see my baby yet, I learned that baby is healthy and doing fine. Mother had no problem during the pregnancy period and baby was delivered without any complications; many thanks to the doctor who was handling the case. :D

I’m not sure whether I need to visit the hospital to initiate a procedure to get my baby home or they will arrange to get him/her send home automatically. Probably I’ll come to know when I’ll get, the original birth certificate of my baby, by regular mail. But I’m thinking of getting an appointment of the hospital anyway. Very eager to see my baby :D

I wish all the expectant fathers get their baby soon. Good Luck. :) :)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all participating members here for providing warm support to each other. Thank you all. :)

Congrats.....

Pray for us who are all still having labor pains to deliver the babies.

congratulations adibazz

Thanks

I guess they'll adjudicate the cases on PD basis.

But you never know... that's the greatness of our TSC :)

Well, It's official now. Just came back from the hospital. They did DNA testing and it came out matching. :D So, The baby is mine. They said that they will arrange to send the baby home within one to two months. Now waiting to welcome him/her home.

Good Luck to everyone. :)

What they will check at the time of stamping?

I couldn't figure it out as their computer monitors were in confined space. she took away my EAD card and approved AP, two photographs, had my signature & index finger print on a form (I-551), asked my DL and verified correctness of my current address. Finally stamped my PP with, one year validity, temporary PR stamp. She also handprinted my A# & SRC# on PP stamp, So I guess these two numbers are the key to DNA matching :)

Whatsup with your case? Did you take an infopass appointment or waiting for I-140 approval receipt?

I took infopass appointment.

Do we really need to return the EAD?? Just curious..... how would they know that I had an EAD.

I've seen in this forum that some members reported their EAD card not taken back at the time of PP stamping. So, I don't think it's realy required to give it back. But if they ask for it, just hand it over as you get the real thing ;). Same thing is for AP.

I guess all your IV applications are linked with A# assigned to you. So, they might be having a good handle on that to figure out. My 2 cents.

My baby came home.

Finally!! My baby came home last evening. :) They (hospital staff) took care of her quite good. She arrived home in good shape and healthy condition. :D End of an interesting chapter of my life. Happy Happy :) :) ..

I want to thank once again all forum members here for their support and of course the host to provide very good platform to share each other's grievances and happiness. It helps a lot on this long & tough journey (though mine was relatively easy) and provides a good comfort level.

I wish everyone good luck. :)

Adi ..
