The options have changed...If ones case is pending and have RD less than the JIT processing date, which option to use to talk to customer service rep
to initiate an inquiry ?

Inquiry is pretty much closed

The options are pretty much closed.

You will finally be asked to enter your EAC #.

Upon entering, you will hear an audio replica of what you read
when you do status online.

In addition, you will be told that Customer Service has no better
updated information and therefore, being provided with an option to
talk to a customer service person is redundant.

In other words, no more Status Inquiry. Period.
