Hi All, Do USCIS cross verify the resume which we submit at the time of 140 filing, and experience with old H1 petetions? Because when we use pre approved labor if we change the resume drastically, USCIS has any database to check with already filed h1 supporting docs? PLease advise, this is for my friend.

Do not chane resume drastically. Some time it will kick back

I second the opinion of Tammy2. Though minor changes will go un-noticed, any major field change is risky and can seriously backfire.

as long as one can back up the change with experience letters it should be O.K cause it is not a fraud if one did not send in complete resume for H1 but made it bigger and better for GC and one realy possesses the experience mentioned.
