Hi All,
My I-485 receipt date is 12/2003. My PD is 10/2001 - EB3 - India.
I got a letter two months back from USCIS based on my query that USCIS is waiting on the name check from FBI and they don't have any control on that.
But, when I checked my case status online today, it says the following information:
"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On June 5, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."
Can some one confirm what USCIS is trying to deliver here. Does this mean they got the name check clearance from FBI on the above mentioned date ( June 5th, 2004) and missed to update the system? or something else.
Please clarify.
