The last time USCIS made a news release was back in Nov. It stated a target cycle time for I-140 and I-485. Just wanted to know if any effects of backlog reduction have actually been felt.
Earlier there was some talk about the pilot scheme. Is there an update on that? Is that part of the backlog reduction deal?
