1. nowhere is a firm commitment about anyhting. they say

"right benefit in right amount of time"

that means

a green card will take atleast 15 years but defineitly will reach the average of 35 years. they actually mean apply now for your next life time.

they also say they reduced 1 million cases or some other statistical claims
they processed 1 million eads or whatvetr and added that to the reduced list these should not ahve been processed in the first place if they approved the gc on time.

i hope someone suffers for the pain they have caused us
