USCIS Aug 2011 Memo on H1B Employee Relationship

It seems that the Aug Memo from USCIS states that the Consulting Companies providing staffing services do not meet Right to Control/Exercise of Control. This can result in rejection of H1B.

How does it impact the existing employees of Consulting companies who are in different stages of GC process? Has anyone come across any impact analysis of the Aug Memo.

Is USCIS thinking to go after such employees (noticed one post on this forum about H1B Revocation, though not sure what triggered the revocation) and revoke H1B ?

Thoughts any one ?

TIA

I think the USCIS started to take this issue seriously, and it's about time. I don't know how it is going to affect the GC for those who already got H1B's, but it is certainly going to make the life easier for the legitimate H1B applicants. These companies went way too far, and the lotteries of 2007/2008 have shaken USCIS a bit, and now we see the results. Good.
