I filed my I-485 with requests for EAD and advance parole on July 18th to NSC. My I-140 got approved from TSC. I have yet to get any receipt numbers.
I called USCIS yesterday and they asked me to write a letter via my lawyers explaining my situation. He also asked to include any evidence of filing such as check numbers and FEDEX receipt notice.He mentioned that there are others in my situation and most probably our applications are misplaced, and if enough of us write to USCIS they will look into it
My lawyers sent a letter yesterday. I encourage all you folks in my situation to do the same.
