USCIS appointment at an office different from 797 address

My I797 notice states that I go to a local office for stamping and the local office address is Dallas. However, I am in Minn for an extended period of time and would like to go to the local Minn office. I am in a hurry to get the stamp as I am planning on an international trip and would like the stamp before the trip. Can I schedule this appointment with Minn office instead of the Dallas office. I dont want to be in a situation wherein I schedule an appointment at Minn office and then be told on the day that I have to go to Dallas. Unfortunately, Minn office does not take walk-in inquiries and the USCIS site is not giving any appointments. So even for a simple question I have to set up an appointment! Such a stupid chicken-egg situation..No appointments for inquiries available and cannot inquire without appointments.

So I would like to get the stamping done in Minn as soon as possible and not be told to go to Dallas.
