USCIS account number

Hello All,

I am US permanent residence for more than 5 years and now I am filing n-400 for citizenship.
I filed online for greencard. Now, I forgot my username and password, and the email that I used is no longer valid (it was work related email). So, I created a new USCIS account. During filing the form, it asks for USCIS account number (and it also says it can be found in profile page but I do not see it). I assumed, I have to use my previous USCIS account number which was used during PR filing.

What should I do in this case? Any suggestion will appreciated.

I have another questions: I am filing for my family also. Can I file all with the same USCIS account?

Thanks.

You can leave the account number part blank, it doesn’t matter. It will link the application to the new account you’ve created.

Each member of the family will need his/her own myuscis account.

Ok, Thank you very much for the reply.
