USCIS 765/131 E-filing Screw up!

Just got this in email....

To: E-Filing customers who concurrently filed I-765 with I-131

It has come to our attention that incorrect instructions displayed under "Next Steps" on the E-Filing Confirmation Receipt notice for I-765s concurrently filed with I-131s.

The correct instructions are: "You must phone the BCIS National Customer Service Center at 1800-375-5283 [TTY 1-800-767-1883] to schedule an appointment with your local Application Support Center. You will need your BCIS Receipt Number and ASC Fingerprint Code to schedule the appointment. The Application Support Center will collect a digital photograph, signature, and fingerprint from you at your appointment. Please bring a copy of your e-filed application and this confirmation receipt with you to your appointment at the Application Support Center. Your application cannot be processed until you have appeared for your appointment at the Application Support Center."

Please DO NOT wait for an appointment notice to arrive in the mail. If you have not already, you MUST call the National Customer Service Center to schedule an appointment. To reach a customer representative quickly, press 1 for English (or 2 for Spanish), 2 because you have a receipt number, and 3 to speak with a representative. They will ask for your E-Filing receipt numbers and your ASC fingerprint code (2).

Thanks for this info. I had the same problem yestready, Only difference is i did not get FP code? Mine is from TSC , do u have a list of TSC FIles
Going to call them now. Thanks again

Hello Pamit

Thanks for the information. I efiled my EAD and AP , though I saw the instructions , I scheduled appointment myself and finished my fingerprint and pictrues at ASC . My Receipt numbers are there in the list you provided.

I did e-filie my EAD and AP extension on May 4th and I finished my Biometrics and send all the documentation required. I got the Receipts also frim USCIS but still I am not able to check the Case status Online.

Is this common or when should I able to check my case status online. Please help . I am checking the case status where we check for the Paper filed cases. is there some other place to check the status for e-filid cases? Please help.
