wife & husband and child (13) are here on E2, we have also a us citizen child (age 21).
is iit allowed for usc child to sponsor father, then when father is an lpr can he sponsor wife and young child as F2a category?
If so, is it possible to do concurrent filing of wife and child with husbands initial lpr application or is it better to wait until his lpr is approved?
If usc child sponsors parents & sibling how would sibling stay in the us as the E2 would be finished when parents become lpr's. more importantly the sibling may age out due to the 10-12 year sibling backlog.
