1. I am of Indian birth and a naturalized USC living in the US. Am I allowed to purchase property in India?
2. I understand that recent laws allowed for Indians who have subsequently assumed foreign citizenship status to be eligible for dual citizenship .What is the process for doing so? Would I then be eligible for an Indian passport in addition to my US passport?
