Hi all,
I was looking at many other threads and came across one that asked about USCIS/INS officers making visits to check if a couple is living together upon marriage.
My husband and I got married on Tuesday (24th April) and I am currently working and living in Dover,DE while he lives and works in Warren,NJ. We do visit each other very often, but still are not living together right now. Do you think this might cause a problem? I have plans to move to NJ in about a year but cannot show that to USCIS as I am going to show them that my employment would continue in DE after gaining LPR.
Also, we are both required to fill form G-325A. In his form, does he (my sponsor) sign at the "Signature of Applicant" box or do I,since I am the applicant here??
And how about the heavily bordered box right at the bottom of the form where it asks says "Applicant:Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below".
Does he check the "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:Status as Permanent Resident"? or he should leave all these boxes blank?
Thank you so much for your time and replies. God knows I really appreciate and need them.
