USC filing I-485 ( AOS )and I-765 (EAD) for spouse
Can someone tell how long does it take to get EAD for a spouse of a USC when he files ( after having approved petition I-130) I-485 and I-765 ? Does he get EAD rightaway on filing or does it take few months? Any idea at all?
(USC is to file them in New Jersy area.)
