I have a friend who has Canada resident. He is getting US green card. However, he is wondering what will happen when he go to stamp?

Is he a CDN citizen?? If so, then this is irrelevant as you can be a CDN citizen and a U.S. permanent resident. I am not sure of the answer if the person is a CDN landed immigrant.

usa doesnot have a problem

but canada will cancel his landed immigrant status. they are very clear on that
