What is the impact of the new US-VISIT FP on AOS pending applicants on H1B or EAD/AP?

Do we need to worry/prepare/ignore this?

Not sure if Aussie and Canadian citizens are included...
 
Mostly Ignore!

There is a list of 27 countries that will be providing their citizens with bio chips in their passports, and if you belong to one of those countries and have that passport, you shouldn't even have to worry about fingerprinting.
 
you do't hv to worry about. Came back last week at SFO from india on AP . They took our pics and took prints of index fingers. took around 20 seconds more nothing much. then got my AP stamped at secondry inspection area . whole thing took around 15 mins. SFO is kinda different for AP they tell you to go to secondry area where as LAX they do it on the counter only.
