My wife didnt have her last name before marriage, so on H4 visa, they stamped as "FNU" as first name and her first name or given name in passport as her surname. With that she traveled to US, and after she came here, I got her name changed in her passport and added my surname in her passport. Now she has two passport one with the original passport (cancelled but with the visa stamped) and other one with her name changed (surname field added and my name (spouse's name)endorsed in the back page of her new passport). Now she is in india and she will be coming back to US in one month.
Just wanted to know, If she will face any problems in immigration to US , when she will come back to US again ? or I need to get her name change in her visa stamped in the old passport or if there is any other way ?
