US Senator's Office contacts TSC

As some of you may know, I have been very blessed and lucky to receive my GC prior to the July 1st freezing period of I-485s. My husband's case did not get approved the same time with mine. My employer contacted the US Senator's office and on Friday I received a call from them. TSC informed them that my husband's file is complete; there is nothing missing or wrong. The reason he has not been approved yet is because of lack of visa numbers. He is "third priority."

I guess that we will have to wait till after October. I wanted to share this with you because I know that there are others whose spouses' cases are still pending.

What does Third prioirty means?

On the side what is "Third prioirty", where does this category fall under new Visa bulletin.

So my question is out of the above table where does these spuse fall.

Also most important question is which priority date will they have or inherit?
