US residency
New Member
I'd like to share my residency journey.
K1 Visa -> Enter the US in January 2005
Green Card -> October 2005 (No Interview)
Divorce -> September 2007
I-751 with waiver (enter in good faith) -> send on December 2007 after green card is expired!
Conditions Removal -> September 2008
Never had interview.
Did all by my self, no immigration service of any kind. (just read over the USCIS website, and forum as this; and the like.
Thanks all,
I learned from this residency expirence that, when you submit to USCIS what they ask for, and explain yourself, when you miss a document or a dead line,
Then, there is no reason not to be approoved, unless you commit a crime.
God Bless
