I have a question on behalf od a friend. He is a US Permanent Resident and has filed for I-130 petition for his wife (which is pending). He wants to apply for his daughter (who was born after filing the petition for his wife). Does he have to apply a separate I-130 for his daughter or is that not necessary (maybe bec his daughter can file for I-485 along with his wife when the visa number becomes current for her). And if he has to file I-130 for his daughter how can he ensure that it gets processed along with that of his wife. Any comments or suggestions ?
