Fellow Readers,
I am at a cross-roads now. My 6years on H1B in USA would be expiring soon and I would not be able to pass the first stage of green card in time so as to renew my h1-b automaticaaly. So I am looking into immigrating to Canada . I would automatically qualify with out my current employer giving me an offer letter over there but my current employer is willing to place me over there remotely . So when applying for immigration to canada , do I say I have an offer letter ..
1) If I do then any ideea on how the letter needs to be
2) Does this letter need to be certified by CIC and HRDC
3) How long does that process take ..
